DAXEL SOLAR represents a sophisticated investment entity devoted to fostering the growth of green energy production and storage solutions. Our ambitious mission encompasses a comprehensive suite of services aimed at achieving a significant milestone: the launch and management of at least 1,500 MW of installed power across Romania within the forthcoming timeframe of 2024 to 2027. This initiative not only demonstrates our commitment to sustainable energy but also positions us as a pivotal player in the national energy sector.

The origins of DAXEL SOLAR are deeply rooted in its founding team’s rich heritage from the local RIFF Group, a respected entity previously affiliated with the global Moore Stephens International Financial and Legal Services Network. This team has notably served as the investment consultant in Romania for the prestigious ENEL Group from Italy and, since 2008, as the financial and tax consultant for ENEL GREEN POWER. The latter is renowned for its role in spearheading the development of substantial green power capacities, amassing several hundred megawatts within Romania.
Our team’s proficiency spans a diverse array of business sectors critical to the develpment of energy capacities, including real estate acquisition, design, regulatory approvals, and construction incorporating advanced technical and automation elements. Additionally, our expertise covers security systems, development, operational management and the intricacies of legislative and taxation frameworks.
In response to the evolving needs of our clientele, DAXEL SOLAR is positioned to offer
extensive tracts of land, totaling over 1,000 hectares, located in various strategic regions. These parcels are available either as consolidated blocks or subdivided lots, suitable for the establishment of both industrial facilities and photovoltaic production units.
Furthermore, our portfolio boasts a robust collection of photovoltaic park projects, collectively accounting for approximately 2,000 MW. A significant portion of these projects has already secured the necessary Technical Connection Permits (ATR) and Construction Permits, ensuring a streamlined transition from planning to execution.
We are fully prepared to provide immediate access to detailed information from our Data Rooms and to compile comprehensive presentation files for each project. These presentations will cover essential aspects such as land security, regulatory approvals, feasibility studies for grid connection, and associated costs, as well as CTES approvals and notices, ATR, and building permits. This thorough approach underscores our readiness to advance these projects swiftly and efficiently, reflecting our overarching commitment to enhancing Romania’s green energy landscape.

To robustly augment the technical capabilities required for the successfulimplementation of projects within the DAXEL SOLAR portfolio, an array of strategicJoint Venture Contracts was established in 2023 with premier entities and institutesrenowned in their respective fields.

These collaborations are integral to our mission, underpinning our commitment toexcellence and innovation in the development of energy capacities.
Prominent among these alliances is our partnership with ROMELECTRO, a companysteeped in a rich history of over 53 years. Prior to the transformative year of 1989, ROMELECTRO was instrumental in constructing all the energy production facilities inRomania and has extended its expertise internationally.
Today, it stands as a privatized powerhouse, steered by a dynamic consortium of Romanian and Italian investors.
Additionally, our collaborative network includes the I.S.P.E., the National Energy DesignOnstitute of Romania. Renowned for its comprehensive design of the country’s energyinfrastructure pre-1989, I.S.P.E. continues to contribute significantly to global energyprojects.
Presently, it operates under the management and oversight of ROMELECTRO, ensuring asynergy that enhances both entities’ output and efficiency.

Another vital component of our joint venture framework is ELECTROMONTAJ CARPATI based in Sibiu, Romania. As an authorized EPC contractor, it was under ROMELECTRO’s control until 2024. Now, it has transitioned, with the GRAMPET Group who acquiring the majority stake.
GRAMPET Group is the largest private railway transport operator in Romania and a leading industrial investor, bringing substantial logistical and industrial prowess to our projects.
In parallel to these strategic partnerships, DAXEL SOLAR has forged agreements with several construction firms to ensure adequate resource availability for the construction of large-scale energy facilities, particularly in the domains of wind and photovoltaic power.
Complementing these collaborations, our company operates an internal procurement system dedicated to sourcing high-quality technical equipment and components such as panels, inverters, transformers, cables, and automation systems.
This robust procurement infrastructure is designed to support the expansive and dynamic needs of our energy production projects, reflecting our proactive approach to project management and execution.
